SomosSalsa is operated by GuatCloud, an independent project active in Guatemala. You can contact us at info@somossalsa.com.

SomosSalsa is an information platform for finding events, festivals, academies, artists, and venues related to salsa, bachata, and Latin dance. Guatemala is the first active location, but coverage may grow to other cities and countries.

SomosSalsa is not an academy, does not organize listed activities, and does not currently process payments or sell tickets. When we display a contact or purchase link, the relationship is directly with the organizer or external provider.

Some information comes from official websites, public posts, and material shared for promotion. Flyers, photographs, trademarks, and original copy belong to their respective owners. Their inclusion identifies and describes an activity and does not claim authorship.

By submitting content, you confirm that the information is reasonably accurate, that you may share it, and that contact details were provided for promotion. You authorize us to store, review, summarize, translate, adapt it to the site's format, and publish it to promote the activity or profile.

We may reject, edit, unpublish, or remove content that is incomplete, duplicated, misleading, unlawful, outdated, or contrary to the service's purpose.

We may use artificial intelligence tools to read flyers, suggest fields, translate, or detect possible relationships between profiles. Results may contain errors and are subject to review. AI does not replace confirming details with the organizer.

Dates, prices, schedules, artists, venues, and conditions may change after publication. We make reasonable efforts to keep information useful, but do not guarantee that it is complete or current. Always confirm details with the responsible party before attending, traveling, or paying.

SomosSalsa is not responsible for payments, refunds, cancellations, availability, products, or services offered by third parties. External sites have their own terms and policies. Linking to a site does not guarantee or endorse its operation.

When using SomosSalsa, you agree not to:

• Impersonate a person or organization or knowingly submit false information.
• Publish material that violates third-party rights, privacy, or intellectual property.
• Interfere with security, automate abusive requests, or attempt to access restricted areas.
• Use the service for harassment, fraud, spam, or unlawful activity.

The SomosSalsa name, visual identity, design, code, and original editorial content belong to GuatCloud or are used with permission. You may not copy or present the service as your own except as allowed by law.

We may modify, suspend, or remove features for maintenance, security, or product development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or an error-free site.

To the extent allowed by law, GuatCloud is not responsible for decisions based solely on third-party content, event changes, losses from external transactions, or interruptions outside our control.
